Gridline pulls your Gmail and Outlook accounts into a single inbox and gives you one set of sender rules that spans both — file, mute, VIP, or unsubscribe a sender once, everywhere. Every action is logged and undoable.
Request early accessCurrently in private beta on macOS and Windows. Public release coming soon.
Gmail and Microsoft Outlook in one view, with label rules and per-sender policies that apply across both accounts at once — something neither provider offers.
Filing, trashing, and snoozing are visual first; nothing touches your real mailbox unless you opt in. An action journal records every batch — undo any of it, any time.
The app runs entirely on your computer. Your mail is fetched directly from Google and Microsoft; your tokens and rules are stored on your device, not on our servers — we don't have servers.
Optional AI features (summaries, an inbox assistant) use an API key you provide, sent directly from your device to the provider you choose. No per-seat AI tax, no middleman.
Gridline is a desktop email client. With your permission, it connects to your Gmail account (read, label, and send mail; read your calendar) and your Outlook account (read and send mail) to display your messages, file them according to rules you create, and send email you compose. All processing happens locally on your device.
Gridline's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details in our privacy policy.
